If you are a natural born female, a United States resident, and meet the age and residency requirements, we invite you to become a contestant.

Age Requirements:

Miss Hidalgo County 2009:

Must be at 18 to 26 years of age.

Miss Hidalgo County Teen 2008:

Must be at 14 to 17 years of age.

Miss Hidalgo County Pre-Teen 2008:

Must be at 11 to 13 years of age.

Miss Hidalgo County Princess 2008:

Must be at 8 to 10 years of age.

Little Miss Hidalgo County 2008:

Must be at 6 to 7 years of age.

Areas of Competition

1/3 Interview

1/3 Swimsuit (MUST be purchase with VIP Productions.) (Ms Division & Teen Division)

1/3 Fashion Wear (Must be Runway Fashion) (Little Miss,Princess,Pre-Teen)

1/3 Evening Gown

For extra points only for the finalist there will be a final question

Policies & Requirements

ELIGIBILITY:

Divisions:

Ms Hidalgo County

May be single or married may have children. Age 18-26 as of Nov 1.

Miss Hidalgo County Teen

Must be single and never married, with no children. Age 14-17 as of Nov 1.

Miss Hidalgo County Pre-Teen

Must be single and with no children. Age 11-13 as of Nov.1.

Miss Hidalgo County Princess

Must be Age 8-10 as of ANov 1.

Little Miss Hidalgo County

Must be Age 6-7 as of ANov. 1.

Entrants must be a naturally born genetic female.

ENTRY FEE / PAYMENTS

An entry fee of $400 is required to enter the Miss Hidalgo County Pageant. Delegate may seek sponsors or may pay the entry fee herself. All sponsors are recognized in the Miss Hidalgo County Pageant program book. Payment may be made by personal check, money order and cash. Delegates may make payments toward the total entry fee. If paying with check it must be paid to VIP Productions 15 days before the pageant date.

Entry fee includes:

* Eligibility for All Prizes and Awards  

* Full Page on the Official Pageant Program Book 

* $50 Allowance to next year Miss Hidalgo County 2010

* Gifts bag from Sponsors and VIP Productions

Refund Policy

All fees paid to VIP Productions are NOT REFUNDABLE in full or in part for under any circumstances. This includes, entry fees, advertising fees, pageant admission ticket sales fees, and any other fees paid to VIP Productions by anyone including, but not limited to, delegates, sponsors, and advertisers.

Pageant Rules

I meet all eligibility requirements as stated.

I understand that all fees paid to VIP Productions are non refundable.

I agree to abide by directives concerning judging procedures, pageant schedule and the like as set forth by VIP Productions.

I understand I must provide my own wardrobe.

I understand I must make my own travel arrangements.

I agree that I must sign the contestant entry containing the release of my photo, likeness, and image in connection with my participation in the pageant.
