Vanessa Saenz (Sarabia) -- President

Sal Flores -- Assistant Director

Sal Flores career has spanned the fields of business, public service and education. Mr. Flores currently serves as president of MS Advanced Education Agency Inc., an agency that provides continuing education for license renewals, and is a business educator at McAllen High School. In 1997 Mr. Flores earned an associates degree from Bee County College, and a bachelors of Applied Arts and Sciences with an emphasis in business presentations from the University of Texas Pan American. Currently his is pursuing a master degree from the University of Texas San Antonio. In addition to his current positions, Mr. Flores also serves on the VIP Productions Inc. as MC and Assistant Director, which is headquartered in McAllen, Texas, and Y-Gloria Nails state representative which is headquartered in Montebello California.

Jay Vargas -- Backstage Director

Joel Vargas aka "Little Jay". He has been living in McAllen, Texas for 36 years. Graduated from McAllen High School in 1988 - High School Diploma, Southmost College in 1992 - License Vocational Nurse, and South Texas College in 2006 - Registered Nurse. Jay has over 15 years of experience in the medical field including hospital, county health clinic, provider home care and home health. Currently he is working as a Registered Nurse - Case Manager for local home health agency. He is active in his community assisting as a catechist to Sacred Heart Parish CCD Program for the past two years and Back Stage Director for the Miss Donna and Miss Hidalgo County Pageants for the past six years. Jay has an incredible passion and great respect for the art of beauty pageants as they blossom buds into beautiful flowers.

Jay Flores -- Judges Coordinator

A 1991 graduate from UT-Pan Am in Edinburg with a degree in applied science specializing in nursing. He is currently working for New Life Home Health as a director of nursing & finance specializing in geriatric care. He has been recognized with numerous distinguished awards for his professionalism including 8 times Employee of the Year. Currently he is pursuing his Masters Degree in Nursing. Jay has been part of Miss Donna & Miss Hidalgo County pageants since day one
